High Rise

While visiting my sister, I discovered that Rhodes, who makes the YUMMIEST rolls, also makes frozen loaves of bread. I decided to give it a try. It's so easy...set it out and as it thaws it does it's rising thing. Well, I let mine rise a bit too much. I almost had to take out the top rack in the oven. :)

It was so good...a bit huge, but still very good.
